1. What this site is

SoloJudge is an independent editorial publication about Android games listed on Google Play. Everything published here — catalogue entries, bench notes, verdicts and the rubric itself — is the opinion of the reviewer who wrote it, formed after installing and playing the game described.

Opinions are not statements of fact about a product's quality, and they are not advice about what you should install. Reading the site does not create any professional relationship between you and the publisher.

2. Advertising disclosure

Advertising placements run on this site: promotional slots for Android applications that link to their Google Play listings, and standard advertising served alongside editorial content. Several games covered here carry advertising inside the app as well, which is why interruption load is one of the five published criteria.

Commercial placements are identified where they appear. They carry no entitlement to inclusion in the catalogue, to a better position, to a softer bench note or to a delayed verdict; the rubric is published in full so that any reader can test a verdict against the criteria that produced it. If a commercial relationship ever touched an entry, that entry would say so in its own text.

3. No affiliation

SoloJudge is not affiliated with, endorsed by or otherwise connected to Google LLC, to Google Play, or to any developer or publisher named on this site. Google Play and the Google Play logo are trademarks of Google LLC. Application names, developer names and trademarks are used for identification and commentary only.

4. Intellectual property

Application icons, screenshots, names and trademarks belong to their respective owners and are reproduced here in the limited form needed to identify and review the applications discussed. Ratings and rating counts are figures published on Google Play listings and belong to Google and to the developers concerned.

The editorial text, the rubric, the page design, the layout and the SoloJudge name are the property of the publisher. You may quote a short passage with a visible credit and a link to the page it came from. Republishing entries in full, or reproducing the design, requires written permission.

5. Links to other sites

Entries link to Google Play listings and, occasionally, to developer pages. Those destinations are controlled by other parties, and their content, terms and privacy practices are their own. A link is not an endorsement of anything beyond the game being discussed, and the publisher cannot be responsible for material found at the other end of it.

6. Accuracy and availability

Games change. A rating, a rating count, an interruption pattern or an install size that was accurate on the day of testing may be different by the time you read the entry, and figures quoted from Google Play are correct only as at the date printed above the catalogue.

The site is published as it stands and may be changed, interrupted for maintenance or taken offline without notice. No promise is made that it will always be reachable or entirely without error.

7. Your responsibility

You decide what to install on your own device. Before installing anything named here, read the Google Play listing in full — the developer's terms, its privacy details, its data safety section and its content rating. Whatever you then agree with a developer or with Google is a matter between you and them; the publisher is not a party to it.

8. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, the publisher is not liable for loss or damage arising from your use of this site or from your decision to install any application discussed on it, including indirect or consequential loss.

Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any consumer guarantee, right or remedy that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law or any other law that applies to you. Where liability can be limited but not excluded, it is limited to supplying the material on this site again.

9. Corrections

Errors of fact are corrected as soon as they are confirmed, and the entry carries a dated line describing what changed. If you believe something here is wrong, write to the contact address below with the detail and, where possible, a source.

10. Applicable law

These terms are governed by the laws in force in Australia, and the courts of Australia have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them or from your use of the site.

11. Changes and contact
